A gourmet cheese board reaches another level when paired with the bittersweet flavor of Santa Gula Onion Chutney — the perfect match for entertaining guests with ease.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 assorted cheeses (cured, brie, goat, and a blue cheese, for example)
  • 3 tablespoons of Santa Gula Onion Chutney
  • Dried fruits/nuts (walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts)
  • Fresh seasonal fruit (grapes, figs, or pear)
  • Water crackers or toasted bread
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)

Preparation method

  1. Arrange the cheeses on the board, leaving space between them for the other elements.
  2. Place the Santa Gula Onion Chutney in small bowls or directly next to the more cured cheeses.
  3. Fill the empty spaces with the nuts and the sliced fresh fruit.
  4. Serve at room temperature, with the crackers or toasted bread on the side.
