Exchanges and Returns

Under our Total Satisfaction Guarantee, if the product does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order at home, and we will immediately refund the amount spent.
The product must be in perfect condition and be returned, with no signs of use, in its original packaging; to help us provide you with an ever-better service, we would be very grateful if you could indicate the reason for the return. Please note, however, that we will only refund the return shipping costs for items that were delivered in error or for items that are damaged or defective.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Pure Brands, Lda, upon analysis of the condition of the items to be returned. After receiving the items at our facilities, we will carry out a careful analysis and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

a) The product(s) has not been used;

b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and the tags are intact;

c) The product(s) is complete and was sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
